16000 is around the line off the highs of 2000 and 2007.......since that is the upper trendline of a huge expanding triangle (expanding triangles are continuation patterns) it will be penetrated then will become the floor for the melt up phase ...........btw.. the bears will be calling it a huge braodening top like they are always prone to do......just like the hundreds of 3 peaks and a domed house that the bears like to point to........
