There are many conclusions that can be drawn from that data. The most obvious is that if one has high income, one is more likely to have a job.

According to that analysis, Latinos have higher incidence of unemployment than blacks, yet blacks have less cash savings to fall back on than Latinos. What conclusion do you draw from that?
