The absolute longest period is now two years from three, and two-year restrictions were reduced to one. The company issued no shares they talked about in the financials, so they must be outstanding. Nelson also confirmed this. And the fact that the company has filed suit also says this is the time for fruition.

And there was no "grandfathering".
