I have expected ASND taking off for a quite while due to its improved fundmentals rather than rumors. ASND should soar over $30 next week and try to kiss $40 before Q4 report.

Regards,

There was an article that recently stated that Ascend insiders can't sell or buy shares in their own company when they are in merger talks. The SEC forbids such activity on a pending merger. It is highly unlikely that they are in a merger. How do the shareholders feel about selling out a great company at rock bottom prices?
