You're falling into Alghieri's trap.

Lots of conservatives want Planned Abortionhood closed down. The reasons are obvious, even to those who vehemently disagree.

Alghieri, however, equates Planned Abortionhood with "clinics that primarily serve women." Cause you know, that's the reason why conservatives want them closed down. It's about the women, not about the unborn kids that they kill for the sake of convenience.
