The bills are owed by Olympus, not Nelson/Barons. Olympus owns them.

And the company says the value was adjusted to $741,085. I would appear that the company is on the hook for more money here. They originally issued 300,000 shares (now 10,000) which was to be worth $1.5 million. Even if the adjustment down to $741,085 holds up in court, it looks like they'd have to come up with more money or shares.
