Well Unoo - I believe that you did well. BTW some of what I dumped was from purchase price of $22. I am now totally out - DOCSF was the very ugly holding in my portfolio - and now it's gone - and I'll take solace in the tax savings I'll receive to offset gains. DOCSF has been my worst set of trades ever, and I too have some hard feelings against current management. The only thing I can come away with saying about this company after holding this for two years, is that the technology is promising (has been so for years) - but they have ABSOLUTELY, DEFINITEVELY, and POSITIVELY HORRIBLE management - they have not done enough to move w/ market conditions. IMO the proper direction is and has been web-based document management - but DOCSF has not adapted quickly enough - only a few clients to show for CyberDOCS. CyberDOCS is a promising technology (and now also has been for one year) - but these guys have to market it properly - they haven't.

Their CEO is not one that I am willing to even pay for at current price levels. Him making $600 grand next year makes me sick.

Nevertheless, I hope that this stock does perform for those patient holders of DOCSF.
