I certainly hope you're right Johny. I am a recent shareholder to OXHP and although today requires some explaining I will continue to stay the course based upon (1) strong balance sheet, (2) good financial ratios, (3) a belief that the market has substantially overreacted to OXHP's short-term problems; (4) a fundamentally sound business with (5) good to excellent growth potential. The key to me, as a neophyte in OXHP is whether or not this management has the talent, insight and skill to fix the problems as quickly as possible. The officers and directors have a fiduciary obligation to the shareholders first. This obligation requires, in my view, open and frequent disclosures to its shareholders, of what management is doing in detail to get OXHP back on course. Thus far my grade in this department is a C-.
