Sir Alexx, as an ACTC shareholder I would expect you to say the deal is too expensive. That's a good bargaining position for ACTC to claim that they are paying a big premium. As an ABTE shareholder, I would argue that it is way too cheap. Let's face it ABTE is growing earnings from $.34 this year to .54 and .69 in 1998 and 1999, respectively. That's pretty strong accredive growth. based on those estimates, the PEG ratio suggest fair or full valuation at between $14 to $17 a share.

If ABTE was not interested in a buyout, then they would have rejected the deal almost on the spot. They are interested and I bet they will ask for a higher price, especially if the upcoming earnings are better than expected. Does anyone know when the earnings report is due out?
