Databases are often used for alternative purposes once they are established, and you can't guarantee this one would not be used for other purposes. Since your first position had to do with use of a database to discriminate, not whether the law to establish the data base discriminates. 2) In addition, I did answer it because I showed how the law targeted the specific population of people Obama identified in his campaign speeches as political adversaries ("love their guns and religion"). Stated intent and the events which follow are often at odds. The claws of this entangled body of intention have hold of something beneath the veil and every lucid human being knows it. I understand you have an imaginary world where whatever goes goes............but I am dealing with the real world.
