There is a distinction made between shares held by officers, directors, or affiliates, and those acquired in private placements, for example.

But the two year anniversary was November 2. This is the pay date, according to Nelson Vidal, and seemingly the company. If the original holding restriction was for only one year, the acquisition would have already been settled or in the courts for a year.

The courts will decide the merits.
