Praveen - Could be true, except that when CPQ released earnings, the stock started down that day and it's been downhill ever since!!!

Hi all! Just opened my Value Line investing guide (date October
24, 1997) to the CPQ page. They have a recent price for the
stock as $77. They are also projecting a price out to 2000-02
as in the range of $65 to $95. Since the stock was already $77,
and their dividend yield is essentially zero, I guess that means
only people who don't read Value Line bought the stock above
$65?

In fact Value Line says:
All told, the timely issue's current quotation adequately values
most of the healthy profit we project to 2000-2002.

I think Value Line was awesome for calling the top so well.
