I do, too. I wouldn't argue that.

But no campaign has targeted the MOST ignorant among them, that I'm aware of. I think it will become necessary to fight fire with fire, and the Rs will likely do a "better" job next time around of getting the most ignorant people to vote.

I'd rather the ignorant stayed home and let the vote be decided by those who know what they're voting for or against. That is not to say the ignorant have no right -- only that the country would be better off if they didn't exercise that right.

Had only informed voters voted in the last two elections, the outcome clearly would have been different in both. I do not believe one can say that about any other presidential election I can remember. Perhaps '72, but most voters knew what there was to know at that time.
