Richard,

Do you think that I could get a point out of PPS from here ? 36 is 52 week low.

How about a short term play on BNP, CLP or OAS?

Thanks,

Peter :o)

Hi Peter, Your listing of sector reit stocks that you use to monitor the reit market is very helpful. The best reit for the price of the reits in your last post looks to be JDN. Technically it could use the one more test of the recent low, so I'm going to hold off on buying it. However, the only reason it appear to be down at this price is there recent stock issue which was done at 31 1/2. They had to bring the stock down from the 35 area in order to sell the paper. The same was the case with PAG and LXP. FWIW, my short term cycles for both the stock and bond markets are headed down with the weekly cycles about to turn down this week. This probably explains the weekness in stocks other that some of the DOW stocks. So, it's probably best to sell a few stocks in here to raise some cash. We'll see.
Regards....George
