Roger, please don't take my " meter maid " post out of context
like someone else did. It was a tongue in cheek remark, although
I do think that they are a necessity ( have we overdone this one
yet? ). I don't for a moment, doubt, that most of the folks
investing in IPM are good people. It's obvious that a lot of folks
took a severe beating, not just on IPM, but many other highly
speculative plays out there. That's why, IMHO, we must tolerate
negative opinions, no matter how callous they may appear. These
contrary opinions may make a potential investor think twice before
putting his/her hard-earned money on the line. Anyways, end of
sermon, and the best of luck.

Yes, I think both knight and I understood what you meant, and in some cases I agree, the Goldigers of the world don't contribute a great deal of knowledge, and appear to enjoy the suffering of others. I only commented on the metermaid analogy because I knew one years ago, we used to lunch often at the same caf‚. Funny how when you get to know someone you start to understand their point of view. She was a nice lady, a kind person with a good heart. She did the job for the money, to pay the rent and buy food and try to keep her drunken husband from disintegrating. One bright spot-- she didn't personally have a parking problem, as the city didn't pay her enough that she could afford a car.

Roger, I'm sure there are good people on this thread, only for good people would I feel this sadness that they are taken in by the IPMs of this speculative swamp. In a cyber sort of way, I know many of them, having lurked here on and off all year. I wish them no pain, if there was anything I could contribute against it, I would do so. But lacking the geological knowledge of EC and the meticulous analytical energy of Graystone, I'll go back to lurking now....

....without unduly stressing that there just might be better investment opportunities on this planet than the buying of IPMCF shares....

...and wishing all a good evening........ cheers ............ marcos

Hi Roger,

I've been thinking about this and have made some snide remarks of my own. I realized last night that there are some really decent people out there who are hurt by all of this.

Consider this an apology.

In any event I may decide not to let you forget the 1:7 split and the NCMI chicanery though. These issues and others have to stay in the public eye, until a lot of questions are honestly answered by management.

I didn't do that well (bought and sold more than 10 times) with IPMCF.

A reason I don't leave is because there might really be gold in them thar' hills.
