Wow thanks , now I know why I don't deal with discounters, they must pocket the money and trash the material. That's how they make money!! I have the annual report!!! Don't worry, the measures will pass between the insiders and Vantage partners, Landis Assoc, and the other large holders.

Well, in short order we have clients of NDB, Waterhouse, Datek, and Schwab who haven't received the Osicom proxy. I'll call NDB tomorrow and see what they have to say. Has anybody received a proxy --- if so, from which broker?
