LOL. Some of us just understand way too much about a topic such as RE.. Stick what you know best. They gonna reflate housing again much sooner than you or I ever thought just two years ago. Amazing as all I wanted was stability and great cash flow on bargain based property post crash.. Flipping game became too tight in recent years so a no brainer. I want to age gracefully like you...
