Which part did Courtney get right? She made a lot of acusations.

>>Henry's daughter's sports activities? Who cares? <<

Do you agree with them all? It doesn't matter to you what someone says about Henry, If it is negative it is alright with you. Why can't you stick to the subject of Ligand?

Nancy:

I'm afraid it's fruitless, for the most part, to expect the kind of reasonable, spirited, objective interchange you want.

Here are the rules, lest thee forget: We only discuss LGND -- unless we have non-LGND activities to share. We encourage/respect diverse opinions -- unless they do not comport to our own. We respond to all legitimate queries -- unless they might expose our own deficiencies. We don't make or tolerate personal attacks -- unless it massages the demons within us. We can cite archived posts -- except those that differ from our current views or show us to have been mistaken. We take equal notice of all fluctuations (by the nanosecond, usually) in the price of LGND -- except declines; we don't acknowledge no stinking declines. And we have very strict rules -- except when we choose to ignore them.

It's just the way life is here in Lake Ligand, where loudness is closest to godliness, and all the children are statistical aberrations.

You are too good and too smart to let this get you down again.

Harrison Hickman

P.S. I can joke about it only by comparison: I spend much of my professional time dealing with political candidates, officeholders, and reporters.
