Could be completely wrong, but it's got the feel of a Unibomber type, a loner with a manifesto. Those are the hardest guys to catch. Right wingers would likely attack government buildings, not civilians. And somebody like AQ in Yemmen would be taking credit. Then again it could just be some mentally ill MFer.
