there would be no full employment until onset of longterm investment (of the physical sort, as opposed to paper shuffle)

there can be no l.t. investment until aggregation of genuine savings (not of the paper shuffle sort that goes into cyber nothings such as amazon and facebook and google)

there can be no aggregation of savings until folks stop spending, and folks starve the governing authorities and deny the wallstreet overlords

and

such can only be post revolution
