That is great info. Bob Thanks. It seems like this smallish company will want to stay the way it is and will likley rebuff this suitor. I woudl rather hear they are interested, but only at say another 5 bucks a share ;-) Nonetheless it is what it is! Good job on your part finding this 'hidden' gem and getting a bite... always helps the curernt holders even if it does not go through.
