Jeez, you are one challenged individual. First, you didn't post the link, so I couldn't find the source. I did bother (why I don't know) to scan the article, and all the dates I saw referenced from the 1970's up to the late 1990's for the described incidents. There was one date from 2003 talking about increased number of FBI agents. Could you stop posting ancient crap and claim its relevant to the present? Difficult task I know...
