Remember, BK under re-org is exactly that.....As long as the company showing promise and getting cashflow OR funding to keep bills paid, they get to keep going and trying to work out of it....This company CAN do that with another good break or two with Clipper and new platform and energy prices not falling off a cliff......Remember, normally at these levels of $90+ oil, companies usually throw off huge flow...Check the P&L's of the stable ones right now.....
