If the auction nets at least $1B, it will be enough to pay off the DIP loan and about 25 cents on the dollar on the bonds. My guess is that the auction fetches a lot more than $1B. And yet, the bonds are still trading at <7. Where's the market's disconnect between price and value on the bonds? (FWIW, I bought a few more bonds today at 6.22.)
