I think you know which side of the aisle I'm on. I have some views that aren't in lockstep with the far right because I think moving too far hurts the party (the same holds true with the dems).

With that as my fair disclosure I have to be honest....I'd like to clean house on both sides.

<<complete lack of leadership in Washington and lack of respect for our country>>

This says it all and while I'm right of center I'm not going to allow myself to be hoodwinked into thinking that it's all one sided. Our entrie leadership in Washington is letting us down and making things worse. I'm going to avoid the rant - it's too late for me to be posting. But, at some point I'm going to lay out my feelings about Social Security, Medicare, Taxes, leadership etc etc. There are ways to fix these issues but this crop of do nothings aren't going to get it done. I can say this for sure - having the citizens of this country pay into SS & Med only to later change the plan because Washington has managed to p!ss away the nest egg doesn't work for me. No insurance company would be allowed to operate that way and SS is essentially a forced annuity that consumes 14.4% of our income.

I'm staring to rant - I'm going to drop it for now. To say that I'm disappointed and angry would be an understatement
