<<but this ovomitCare crap was shoved up everyone's asses behind closed doors in the dark of night with bribes for votes... the day that piece of shiit law was passed, ALL hiring stopped completely... that's no coincidence...>> What it's done is make it cheaper for employers to pay low wages and offer no benefits which then triggers the need for food stamps and Medicaid. They'd rather pay the penalty and push it off on the taxpayer because it costs them less. The people working 35-40 hours per week virtually have no choice because it's not just walmart that's operating this way. It's corporate welfare that the worker gets blamed for. It's not their fault - Obamacare was set up for companies to take advantage of.
