My apology then, somewhere I saw Desh sold half of his remaining shares at bottom lately. However, I do agree that sometimes only 1 or 2 persons in each of the 2 merging companies know about the deal, and many deals are done extremely fast. Bernie Ebber bought MFS within 10 minutes negotiation.

Gary, The final trading price of CSCC on 6/30 was $27.875 I believe.
This is a long way from $50. ASND got a real steal.
