Living in Canada I didn't get my proxy yet. But with a nation wide postal strike I didn't expect to get one.

Well, in short order we have clients of NDB, Waterhouse, Datek, and Schwab who haven't received the Osicom proxy. You can add U.S. Clearing Corp to the list. [They're owned by Quick & Reilly, but they are also a clearing house for independent brokers, such as the one I use: Bubba's Bait, Tackle, & Discount Brokerage.]
