NTTG: I follow you. But, why would Pharma or any country enter into any sizable money transaction when the data is not there. I don't know just asking. From a business transaction, a local deal China, India, etc. Takes away any incentive for Pharma to purchase the company. If Pharma buys a company, they want all revenue streams. This is why I don't understand the regional deal focus. I've have some business experience with China operations and they want at least a 50% cut on the action and mostly the earnings never flow back to the parent. Further, China loves to copy technology. There's nothing management could do to stop it since its a costly battle. Just my 2 cents.
