Tench, I suggest you read up on what a zygote is. Nothing of what you wrote makes any sense at all.

The technical definition is the fused gametes. Single cell. For the "life begins at conception" crowd, the zygote should be just as valuable as every later stage of life.

AFAIK, there is no test for whether a woman has a zygote, and no way should can know she has one. She might hope she has one after sex I guess.

For women trying to conceive with certain conditions (age being one) the gametes do fuse, but then there are problems, and in many cases, the woman will never know she had a zygote and lost it.

Biology puts very little value on zygotes, and much higher values on the later stages of life. And of course as you get old, the value goes down again. It is definitely a curve, none of the flat crap that religion teaches you.

Ten, you moron, if a woman takes a morning after pill, she loses the zygote, if there even IS one, and is totally unaware whether she prevented a pregnancy or not. She just HOPES that if she was pregnant, she no longer IS.

>> You are wrong about that. Many women who have abortions, even in the first trimester, have to get over the fact that an unborn life was lost. Some go into deep depression over it. Just do a search on "post abortion trauma."

This is absolutely true as I know several who are in this category. And it is, in some cases, a lifetime concern -- I know of women who had early-term abortions 30 years ago who still have issues with it today.
