Tim, Thanks for transcribing the Bartolomo news item! It is positive that she is referring to "one good source." As for ASND, it is not positive that they have not hired an investment banking firm per the CNBC article and that they are not seeking suitors. However, did you notice a post, several back, about a team of CPQ people having visiting ASND in Alameda? Also, per CNBC: "Ashby also said that Ascend is not seeking any suitors." Could it be that ASND once was seeking suitors, but is not now doing so because it has a deal lined up with CPQ? Gary Korn
