Further to prior posting, The comany's recent release on Phil Project summaries seems to indicate most(or all?) of the properties are in the status of former DOL Claims. These presumably are clean and can be perfected by the original owners through the Sept 15 deadline of claim extinction mandated by the 95 mining act, with the financial and technical capability of the company in support. In this case permits allowing drilling may not be so difficult to obtain, and the company's estimate of first quarter work may be realistic.
