Morn'n shades: $20-$25 is a ridiculous value( $75,000,000)for this company. Not even going to debate you this morning, I think I'll jump on the sled and take a ride.
I will say, as was touched on last night, vol. is a great indicator,
and if there is a very small float(float+firmly held shares-look at ATPX) without buying,I see this stock price going nowhere. Even on the news of the proposed merger, you only got a few days with vol. near
100K. Yesterdays vol. of 7k, is not indictative of a short squeeze, and
at this point I believe volume is the key indictor( and the reaction in traded shares if/when news good/bad comes out)
have a good day,
DD--($75m, HeHe)
PS: if I'm not mistaken, one of the press releases mentioned 2% profit margins in the bottled water industry..
$30m(supposed,maybe contracts)X 2%=$6oo,ooo

Let me ask you this, when the merger goes through and they do have water(PURE WATER), what do you think will be a fair value for this stock, $20-$25 maybe?

Without the squeeze, I would say that the shares are generously priced. Here is how I figured it: Book Value is about .57. I took assests being the $5 cash and $2 mil for the rest. I didn't include the $14 mil, because that is very iffy. Then I get 12.2 Mil shares outstanding after the merger (3.3 current, 6.4 for RMCW, 2.5 for $5 cash). That gives you the book value. The stock then is 3x book value which I would say is generous for a company that doesn't have very much revenue. Once they get $12 mil is sales, then the stock would be fairly priced at the current price, IMO.

Have a good day,
Eric
