He will still get it eventually. He is still learning. Telling people they were stupid for listening to liars is a good set up for the next round. No body wants to be fingered for being in the stupid crowd.

There is a simple tried and true strategy. Ask for a dollar but be willing to negotiate. Eventually the other side will settle for 50cents. Six months later ask for another dollar and the other side will negotiate for another 50cents. Now you got the dollar you wanted originally.

Ask for the magazines now and get some of them. Ask for more in six months and get some more. When there is no legal amunition for some of the guns ask for those guns but allow others. Go for more later. Its easy.
