Does hillcrest have the same deal of 2 cents a gallon as RMIL after 50000 gallons, does hillcrest have to purify their water which raises the cost substantially,does the water that hillcrest draws have the same mineral content as RMCW, does hillcrest have contacts in ASIA that will buy water from him, you must learn more from hillcrest before you can make an accurate coparison with that statement Ditch. Get me the FACTS, and just the FACTS.
