Shades,

In fairness I need to clarify one point. There are two 11th Circuits that might be relevant in the case. One is the 11th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals. I doubt very much that this is the one involved. The other is the 11th Circuit, Florida. In Florida it is the Circuits that try cases initially for any amounts above $15,000. I may be wrong about the amount, but it is somewhere close to the above. So it would appear that no judgment has been made as of yet.
