But I think your source is less than credible if what you've said in the past is true. He has misled you in the past. May I remind you: <<I spoke to Elgin William's @ MTLC on black Monday. 10/27/97. His overall comments were positive..... In two to three weeks they will be announcing the ground breaking of another waste plant.>> Still waiting for the plant opening announcement that you say he told you would take place three weeks ago.
