Thanks Glen;
It's good to hear that you got yours. Ours will probably just be late.
Michael

< I would think it is logical to conclude that FIBR did not distribute them as early and timely to the various brokerage houses as most companies manage to do.>

Glen - I think you've hit the nail on the head. I called NDB this morning and was told that my proxy was mailed to me on Dec. 2. They wouldn't tell me when they received the proxies from Osicom, but did say that there is no holdiing period and that they turn them over "immediately." I don't believe that NDB is efficient enough to turn them over immediately, but they probably get them out pretty quick. If Osicom mailed the information out to brokers on Nov. 14 as Buzz (I think) reported yesterday, then the fact that we have not received them yet makes sense. From my perspective, Osicom is playing this too close to the edge - it is critical for investors to receive this information in a timely manner. Again, if I wasn't tuning into this thread, I wouldn't have the faintest idea that a shareholder meeting is scheduled a week from today, and I'm sure that there are a considerable number of Osicom investors who are in the dark about this. Not good.
