Robert,

How should one feel when all one hears is good things coming out from the company for three quarters( excluding the last one) only to find that the supposedly good earnings and hype generated really were misleading statements, lies (use any adjective other than the truth to describe what Angelo said) and to see the share price deflate quicker than a worn out sex doll? Sorry to use the analogy, but I do feel like a sex doll because all SYSF did was *!*! me.

I take most of the responsiblity because I had the power to get out of the stock when it was around 13.

CYBR going down for the count today !!

Not sure whether to smile or frown as a SYSF holder...I've heard lots of comments that the FirstAid product is junk, but at least they have a product out there that people can buy !!

Mark.

Well, I'm not negative! I'm buying everything I can get my hands
on. This stock is extremely over-sold. The only reason the laptop
business is slowing a bit is because the OEMs are trying to clear
out the old stuff, while customers are holding off, waiting for
the new stuff (PentiumII mobile). I think SYSF is positioned very
well for the next wave of laptops. I also think that their 4th Q
could come in very nicely - not a blow-out, but well above the
expected numbers. Next year is going to be *good*. I will be very
surprised if at least 2-out-of-3 of the remaining "big boys" (IBM,
Compaq, and Gateway) are not fully onboard the SysWiz train by the
end of the year (calendar 1998).

One point I would like to make is that DELL has a complete view of
MSFT's plans down the road. They are very aware of what functionality
will be provided in future WinXX and NT X releases. The fact that
they have signed up for SysWiz across their product line, at this
point in time, tells me with certainty that MSFT is *NOT* going to
come in and smash the SysWiz business.

Rob,

Couldn't resist getting back into SYSF at $6.125. Bought 4,000 late in the day on Friday. Never thought I would almost see the 5's again! In my opinion any good news will send this up a few points. LHSPF has been in the doldrums even after posting the supplier arrangement with SGS-Thompson. I think this should start breaking out again soon. Take a look at Arbor, if it drops below $30 again you may want to consider. Long-term it will be a $50 stock without too much trouble but Q4 is a little suspect (IBM partnership slower than expected development with DB2) I have been day trading from low $30's.

Good Luck,
Guze
