Since they haven't caught him yet, he probably has a friend, relative, or some sort of ally providing him a haven.

I would like to find out if there is anyone else involved before they kill him.
He'll probably go down in a gunfight, but I would prefer that they catch him alive so that he can be waterboarded.

Will you get off if he gets water boarded?
