Lanza, Eric Klebold, & Seung-Hui Cho were on heavy psychiatric drugs.

The foreign trained Chechen terrorist Boston bombers were on a drug called islam.

>> Sure they're Muslim, and they might have had sympathies for Al Qaeda, but their actions following the bombing suggests that they're more like Adam Lanza, Eric Klebold, or Seung-Hui Cho than actual Al Qaeda operatives.

While they may not have any "ties" to organizations, the bombing looks more like a plain old ME terrorist attack. Each of the people you mentioned personally chose their targets. These guys used an IED to attack whatever persons happened to be present. I think that is a rather distinctive signature of the ME Jihadist styled attacker.

actual Al Qaeda operatives

Not operatives - converts - yes, and far worse the conviction to act on the hate they learned not just promote the beliefs themselves in dark corners of the internet.

I'd guess they became for hire, we'll see if they find the money. You never know what a wad of cash and a fool proof plan to escape will do on young minds full of mush....

really??......you got to be kidding....Lanza. and Cho were definite nutjobs.......not sure about Klebold......they all killed themselves following their acts.

These two are radical Islamic terrorists. You do know the difference?........I have to say.... you have among the worse instincts of anyone on this board.....regarding a whole host of things.
