You have a tendency to paint with a broad brush, so anything you say about what she believes is going to be tainted by your own prejudices.

In any case, you have NO justification whatsoever for making this remark:
no doubt.........shame that accepting dogs as real family members is not one of them.
All you do is single out the jindos in the one animal shelter your sister works at, then ascribe that as "evidence" that Koreans as a whole don't accept dogs as real family members.
