You're implying that the explosion was the result of a failure of government.

Last I looked, it was the Democrats who controlled the White House and who have controlled it for over 4 years.

Last I looked it was the White House that controls the Executive Branch of the US government.

Last I looked it was the Executive Branch of the US government that enforces OSHA regulations.

So why do you bring up the Republicans???

P.S. I should add that the only branch that the Republicans partially control is the legislative branch but their control is limited to the House of Representatives.
