BTW, we did ally with Stalin against Hitler after all and Stalin is the man who exiled the Chechens to central Asia and Siberia in 1944.

The bombings were merely his own attempt at bullying back. If we had only had some really good Federal Anti-Bullying laws in place this might all have been avoided.
