The greatest network TV "Terrorism Analyst" in history: NBC Terrorism Analyst, Michael Leiter, explains it all on the Chris Matthews show. If I understand him correctly, what we will see over the coming couple hours and days is lots of people taking credit for this. So, it might be some time or never that someone actually takes credit for this. But lots of people will say they were responsible for it.
