Media slimebag Joy Reid of MSNBC has a selective memory. And now it’s back to bashing George W. Bush. According to MSNBC’s Joy Reid, Obama was ‘powerful’ in his reaction to the terrorist attack yesterday in Boston that he never even called a terrorist attack. Yet, also according to Reid, George W. Bush disappeared for ‘a couple weeks’ after 9/11. Idiots like Joy Reid are why this country is in the toilet and why MSNBC’s ratings are in the toilet. For those leftists who simply can’t remember too well, lets review what Bush did after 9/11.

On the night of the 9/11 attack, Bush left Florida for the White House and gave a TV address to the nation telling Americans that those who were responsible will not go unpunished. Three days later Bush went to New York City and had that now famous bullhorn moment at Ground Zero.
Yea, he really disappeared huh? What’s Obama done? Given two press conferences and not been seen or heard from otherwise. Joy Reid – George W. Bush disappeared for ‘couple weeks’ after 9-11

MSNBC contributor Joy-Ann Reid told the host of Now, Alex Wagner, that she thought President Barack Obama’s response to the attack on the Boston Marathon on Monday was powerful and comforting in a way that President George W. Bush’s response to the attacks of September 11, 2001, was not. She accused Bush of being unavailable to the American people for the “first couple weeks” after the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

“Having, sort of, one person communicating with you is very important,” Reid said. “We learned after 9/11 that when George W. Bush didn’t do it, [former New York City Mayor] Rudy Giuliani stepped in.”

“The whole country was waiting for him to come on the television for those first couple of weeks because you didn’t see the president,” she continued. “President Obama has definitely learned the lesson that you have to speak early, speak often, speak confidently.”
