Remember it is not the price of gold goes higher. It is the currency to buy it become worth a lot less. I do not expect the intrinsic value of gold goes higher, but I do expect major devaluation of fiat paper money worldwide. Most of people just don't understand this.

Sinclair's original math to estimate the POG based on total federal debts owed to foreigners that backed by US gold holding was $12,600, or so, if I remember it correctly. Now, with estimated more than 50% of gold has leased out and never come back again, therefore, the estimated POG becomes higher than $25,000. If we consider all of the unregulated OTC derivative implosion that may destroy all of the fiat currencies. I won't surprise to see POG reached way over $50,000. I don't want to see that to happen because it means we could be living in hell.

Hope the best, but prepare for the worst, which should be very easy to understand by everyone, including little kids.

What is the value of the stock price of a bankrupted company loaded with debts?
