What struck me most about the speech was his complete lack of passion or conviction when we was discussing the ‘tragedy’ (actually a terrorist act)

It's natural to not care about "the other team" (Americans) when your own team is taking a beating (Obama and his political/islamist brethren). Obama is bad at covering up his true feelings - his body language and vocalizations always give him away.

I contend that the president of the United States is significantly more focused on ethnicity, country of origin, and political agenda than is the average American.

That is exactly the "spirit" (if you can call it that) that the "commie" Common Core educational cow pie is all about. Sacrifice all that is truly important for loon liberal core values. A classical education based on Western principles is antithetical to these heathen. Don't ever expect any good from this idiot and he'll only rarely disappoint.

Kudos for a masterpiece of writing and analysis!!!

I mostly force myself to listen to Obama talk, at least for the major occasions like this one. He always gives himself away to anyone who isn't drinking the Kool-Aid.

His constant preaching about "what America is all about" makes it clear that his only concern is for his Muslim brothers. He simply wants to shame Americans into silence ("you must be tolerant") so that the destruction can continue unabated.

I liked what President Bush said much better. Something like "The people who did this will be hunted down and punished."

People ridiculed Bush because he mangled words (misunderestimated, strategery, etc.) but I vastly prefer that to Obama's practiced cadence to his written mantra, which is never far removed from "I am the greatest."

And that's why we take care not to rush to judgment -- not about the motivations of these individuals; certainly not about entire groups of people.

I couldn't agree more. But then what else could we possibly expect from our "Community Organizer"; disgraced former lawyer who had to turn in his license to practice; a criminal who has used someone else's social security number; a likely Muslim or, at the least, a Muslim supporter and enabler; refuses to reveal any personal records or background information, all of which have been sealed/blocked; refuses to say "terrorist" or "terrorism"; someone who is most likely ineligible to hold his office; and regularly end runs Congress to accomplish his agenda by "Executive Order".

And what have our brave warriors in Congress done about any of this? Absolutely nothing.

This punk deserves to be impeached.

As always, extremely well said, simplicity.....!! The one thing I've noticed about Obama is that he is nearly always withdrawn and aloof from whatever he is talking about, and to whomever he is speaking.... He evidently would like us to believe he is "cool" but how I observe him is that he is "Cold and Uncaring".

What struck me most about the speech was his complete lack of passion or
conviction when we was discussing the ‘tragedy’ (actually a terrorist act), and
the courage and conviction of those who responded to it. It was an if he were a
high school student delivering an oral report on a subject about which he had
absolutely no interest
