People keep mentioning that the fact Cal Reed only sold 7% of his stock instead of a large chunk should be viewed as comforting. This confuses me. I was under the impression that most insider stock is restricted stock and that they were not at liberty to sell all they wanted whenever they chose.

If I remember correctly there is even a limit on how much 144 stock can be sold in any given period based on previously publicly traded volume for a given period.

Am I misinformed? Was Cal Reed's stock all free trading? Would appreciate any insight anyone has on this. Thanks.
