Inode, Obama should be considered "mediocre" even by liberal standards. He is a perpetual campaigner who is clearly in over his head when it comes to the duties of the Oval Office.

Even his one crowning "achievement," ObamaCare, is the result of a long-standing liberal agenda. You could even say that his signature on the bill read "present."
